Mr. Wayne K.W. Wong is a Registered Professional Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in valuation of properties in Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China and overseas. He is a Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and The Hong Kong Institute of Land Administration. Mr. Wong used to work for an international property appraisals firm and involved in properties valuation for IPO for a number of large business enterprises. His valuation works have been adopted as expert testimony and reference for litigation purpose.
