Mr. Stephen K.Y. Fung is a Registered Profession Surveyor and a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has over 25 years of relevant professional experience in Hong Kong, Macau, the PRC and Asia Pacific Region. Since 2005, he has provided services to REITs and funds and actively involved in technical due diligence surveys of buildings for transaction and IPO purposes.
