Mr. Damon S.T. Wan is the founder and director of Valplus Consulting Limited. He is a CFA Charterholder, a Certified FRM of the Global Associate of Risk Professionals and a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has over 10-year experiences of the financial sector and is specialized and experienced in valuation, feasibility study, project management & advisory, fundraising and corporate finance. Before the establishment of Valplus Consulting Limited, Mr. Wan was the core and senior management of a number of appraisal and consulting firms and had been leading a division and supervising projects in relation to valuation, investment analysis, feasibility studies and other transaction advisory engagements for the purposes of corporate advisory, financial reporting, M&A and IPO in compliance with relevant rules and codes.
